Roy Schneider and Kim Mayfield, the core duo and songwriters of Reckless Saints, have been partners in music and love since 2003. They began recording and touring together five years in, and “Blue-Twangled Folk ‘n’ Roll’ was the answer Roy provided to a 2014 No Depression interview when asked “What kind of music do you play?” It’s just sort of stuck ever since.
